I understand that failure to successfully pass this test will result in disqualification of further employment consideration. I also understand that if it is mutually agreeable for me to begin working prior to the receipt of my test results, a positive test result will immediately lead to the termination of my employment with BDS Waste Disposal.

If employed, I agree to conform to all policies, rules and procedures of BDS Waste Disposal and/or affiliates. I recognize that employment at BDS Waste Disposal and/or affiliates is at-will, and if employed, such employment can be terminated by BDS Waste Disposal and/or affiliates or me at any time for any or no reason. I fully understand that, unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, signed by a duly authorized official of BDS Waste Disposal and/or affiliates, my employment at BDS Waste Disposal and/or affiliates is at-will.
